Vickie listed two separate properties I owned in the same subdivision. She helped us with any pre listing questions and she helped with giving us a fair listing price for both homes based on her professional experience with neighborhood comps. This advice on the listing prices helped us sell both of these homes and close quickly on them. I had a few issues with cable company and the sale of washer and dryer and sone other things and since we had to leave town, she offered to help us finalize the sale of these appliances and shelving and dropped off my cable box at UPS. I’ve never had an agent who happily went above and beyond helping us move everything out and do what she could to help us complete all the necessary moving tasks. I’d definitely use her again!
