Selling our house was a last-minute decision after we had already moved out of state. Kelly was critical in getting our property sold as quickly as possible. We absolutely couldn't have done it without her and are very thankful!

Kelly is very personable and takes the time to find out what your needs are. She is friendly and very thoughtful, even when you're not currently buying or selling a house.

Kelly went above and beyond to meet our needs! When we decided to sell, we needed to move quickly, and she was ready and willing to make it happen! She was extremely instrumental in negotiating with our buyers, and has pulled out all the stops to help us find the next home! We could not have done this without her!

We started house-hunting in the winter of 2017. We chose to work with Kelly because she was a new Realtor and we wanted to help her out while taking advantage of her enthusiasm and willingness to receive our input. I am an independent DIYer who has a difficult time trusting others with my personal business, so I wanted to team up with someone who was willing to let me hold the reins as much as possible. :) Over the three and-a-half years Kelly catered to our every house-hunting whim, she came to know us pretty well and we grew to respect her expertise. She showed us many, many houses--often in the middle of nowhere--and always with a happy spirit! She viewed each showing opportunity as another step in our long house-hunting journey, and she was genuinely excited to be a part of it. She became infused in our dreams--both figuratively and literally! Kelly didn't drag us somewhere we didn't want to go and never pushed us to do something we didn't want to do; rather, she walked beside us and encouraged us along the way, on a path we weren't sure at times would ever have a delightful destination. Kelly demonstrated an awesome balance of both giving and receiving input, allowing us to shop at our own pace but stepping in with helpful advice when we asked for it. For that we are thankful and give Kelly our whole-hearted recommendation!

Kelly had went above and beyond when trying to accommodate my family's needs while we were transitioning to a new town and working around our schedule and being there every moment that we needed. She was always willing to show us homes even with our very unpredictable schedules (often on short notice) She showed up for all important things, (inspections, etc) and is not afraid to speak up for more information, clarification, etc. Kelly never made us feel like we were on our own. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fair deal in every aspect. Kelly looked out for us on many occasions to make sure we were getting what we paid for. For example, when closing was contingent upon repairs, she was amazing at following up to make sure they were done. And done right.
